Residents in Blackpool South deserve good quality and safe homes. I know all too well how rogue landlords exploit their tenants, it happened to me.

 

For many in Blackpool, owning their home is a dream and will always be out of reach unless the system changes.

 

My Blackpool Home run by the council has been a dynamic engine for regeneration, offering quality rental homes and challenging the dominance of existing poor standard privately rented homes.

As your MP, I will work with the Council to acquire additional funds to expand their successful scheme, build more Council and affordable homes and increase the support to allow first-time buyers to get on the housing ladder.
