Survey: Experience of SEND support in Blackpool South

I want to understand how well children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are being supported in Blackpool. This survey is for parents, carers, young people with SEND and educators.

Parents, carers and young people should fill in section 2A, and educators section 2B. The rest of the survey is suitable for all. Your views will help identify what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to change, both locally and nationally.

The survey covers:
- Identifying and assessing needs
- Access to education, health and care support
- Early intervention and early years
- Transitions between stages
- Inclusion and trust in local services

Responses will be used to shape my work on SEND in Parliament.
